HOC Consumer Water Portal 

The Aldasoro Ranch Homeowner Company (HOC) is excited to offer a consumer water portal to empower you to monitor and manage your water consumption from any device with internet access, 24/7.  

The HOC Consumer Water Portal offers the following benefits. 

  • Easily view and manage your water usage 24/7  
  • Access from any desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device 
  • Monitor multiple properties from one account  
  • Manage multiple meters to get a better understanding of your water usage 
  • Set out-of-town alerts to monitor consumption and detect potential leaks or high water use 
  • Create water threshold alerts to set a water budget, help save water, and eliminate bill surprises 

In order to register your account you must follow these specific instructions:

1) Have a copy of your HOC water bill (contact the HOC if you need a copy). 

2) Input your Account Number (also known as Location Number) as it appears on your water bill.  See the following Sample Water Bill example showing the highlighted location number to use:

NOTE:  Your Account/Location Number must be a value totaling 15 numbers.  The entire length of your lot number must include zeros plus your lot # at the end.   For example:  

  • Single Lot # - Lot 5 (input 14 zero’s, then your lot #):  000000000000005 
  • Double Lot #Lot 45 (input 13 zero’s, then your lot #):  000000000000045 
  • Triple Lot #132 (input 12 zeros, then the lot#): 000000000000132 

3) Input your CUSTOMER NAME as it appears on your water bill,  OR

4)  Input your SERVICE ADDRESS as it appears on your water bill. 

5) You will be asked to set security Q&A's

Once you have completed the registration,  the APP will email you a link to set up your password.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for the email reset link.  This link is only active for 24 hours.  If you need a password reset email simply contact the HOC and we will re-send a new password email reset.
