No unsightliness shall be permitted within Aldasoro Ranch.

Because of our position in the forest and wildlife corridor, homes in Aldasoro Ranch have an enclosed trash room to keep trash and smells contained. 

Pursuant to the HOC General Declarations, Third Amendment, Paragraph 7.7.3,:  

[...]  Trash containers shall be stored in a room that is an integral part of the garage that provides access from the outside driveway or parking area. 

Garbage/Trash

Trash must be kept in the locked trash enclosure as well as in a bear-proof locked container at all times. Waste removal companies are required to access the locked enclosure at each property, and trash cans must never be left out on driveways, streets, or anywhere outside of the enclosure.

Bulk Materials, Timber Etc.

No lumber, logs, timber, “fireplace logs”, grass, shrub or tree clippings or plant waste, compost, metals, bulk materials or scrap or refuse or trash or unused items of any kind shall be kept, stored or allowed to accumulate except in designated enclosed structures.
