Aldasoro Ranch is located five miles West of Telluride at the base of beautiful Campbell Mountain in the San Juan Mountain range. The Aldasoro Ranch Homeowners Company (HOC), is a Colorado non-profit corporation, providing water, road maintenance, snow plowing, design review authority, covenant, and dog enforcement services to the Aldasoro Ranch subdivision.
The HOC performs certain functions for the common benefit of all owners, thereby preserving property and values while protecting the health, safety, and welfare of persons in the community.
The business and affairs of the HOC is governed by a five (5) member Board of Directors and supported by a five (5) member Design Review Board, and Trails Committee, and services one hundred and sixty single family home lots over fifteen (15) hundred acre planned unit development (PUD). The HOC is managed by the Director of Operations and Field Operations staff.
