Your participation at the annual meeting is important to the continued success of the Aldasoro Ranch community. We encourage all owners to consider serving on the Board and to take part in the election process. If you have any questions, please contact the HOC at 970-728-5191 or via email   director@aldasororanch.com.  Thank you for your continued involvement and support.

At the meeting, the following annual reports will be presented:

• HOC President’s Report
• Treasurer’s Financial Report
• Director of Operations Report

Owners will also receive updates on association business and governance matters.  A recording of the meeting will be posted on the HOC owners-only website for those who are unable to attend live.

Board of Directors Election

This year, two (2) Board of Directors seats are up for election. Each position carries a three-year term beginning in 2026 and ending in 2029.  The HOC is currently seeking self-nominations from interested owners.  Self-nomination letters should include the following:

• What makes you the best candidate for an HOC Board position?
• Are you able to contribute a minimum of 4 hours per month to HOC business?
• Are you available to attend monthly board meetings, held the 4th Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m., either in person or via Zoom?
• Please list any prior HOA and/or Board experience.

Letters of interest must be submitted by email to:  📧 director@aldasororanch.com.  Self-Nomination Deadline:  February 20, 2026, 5:00 p.m.  All submitted letters of interest will be posted on the HOC owners-only website and included with the official election materials and ballot.

Voting Process

The Board election will open at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting on March 5, 2026.

• Aldasoro Ranch owners will receive an election ballot electronically via email and text once the voting begins at the end of the annual meeting. 
• Each Aldasoro Ranch lot owner is assigned one (1) vote for each lot that is owned.
• Voting will remain open until a 51% quorum of the membership is achieved.
• Owners who do not attend the annual meeting may still vote electronically at any time the election is open.  

Proxy Voting Option

As an alternative, Aldasoro Ranch owners can assign votes by proxy.  You may designate your proxy vote to:

• Any current Board member, or
• Another HOC owner as a write-in proxy
