Evacuation Routes - Know Where to Go
We can never predict where or when a disaster will take place. Due to the geography of our county, there are only two major highways that are designated evacuation routes out of Telluride. You will either head North towards Ridgway and Montrose, or South towards Rico and Cortez. If a highway is compromised, emergency messaging will tell you which way to go.
