HOC To Subsidize Owner Weed Mitigation Program

Over the past four years, the HOC has actively treated noxious weeds within open space areas while requiring property owners to manage weeds on their own lots at their own expense.

For 2026, the Aldasoro Ranch HOC will fully fund noxious weed treatment on private properties as an owner amenity, covered through annual assessments.

How to Participate

Owners who wish to participate must opt in by completing a Waiver and Release of Liability form. This waiver authorizes the use of herbicide treatment and grants the contractor access to your property for weed mitigation. Click the following link to download the waiver form.

To ensure proper scheduling, completed waivers must be submitted no later than May 15, 2026. Only properties with a signed waiver on file will be included in the treatment program.

The HOC will communicate a general treatment schedule, which may include multiple applications throughout the summer growing season.

Important Note
